Ingrédients
  • For 8 persons:
  • Main elements :
  • 3,5kg pork chops with bone and rind
  • 3l of lager
  • Trim elements :
  • 16 charlotte potatoes
  • 300g of prunes
  • 200g dried grape
  • 250g dried apricots
  • 200g dried figs
  • 150g of bacon
  • Miscellaneous: Olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf.

Présentation
  • 1In a large ovenproof dish, place all the ingredients except the potatoes. Then place the pork chops and pour the beer over them. Add the thyme and bay leaf.
  • 2Place the dish in a preheated oven at 160C°. Cook for 2 hours, basting the meat from time to time. Add the potatoes and continue cooking for about 45 minutes. Check the cooking of the potatoes and the meat.
  • 3Serve this family-friendly recipe in its dish. A few turns of freshly ground pepper and a few pinches of fleur de sel on the meat and garnish will liven up your dish. Enjoy!
