The entire vineyard of Château Gigognan follows the natural rhythm of the terroir and has been under organic farming for many years. Always striving for excellence, the estate has progressively integrated the small details of biodynamics to provide the best service to the vines and the land. Rigorous and precise work is carried out every day in the vineyard, just like the rows. The cultivation of the grain is carried out to ensure a vegetal cover, which is one of the characteristics of the estate.

We are putting in place various elements to improve our environmental approach on a daily basis such as: working the soil, grassing our plots, the intervention of a shepherd and his flock when our sowing allows it, the installation of 20 beehives, the planting of 300 olive trees, the installation of bat nesting boxes, the choice of light bottles, the installation of a mini purification station for the treatment of waste water, the selective sorting of our waste." - C.
