The world of the Baron sisters: three founding generations
Baron Albert Champagne is a modern fable that features three founding generations of the House's history:
Albert and his wife Beatrice, who were responsible for the first Champagnes of the House, following a long line of winegrowers.
Then his sons: Gilbert, Gervais and Claude, who all worked to continue the large-scale project designed by Albert.
With great success, they passed on to Claire, Lise and Aline, Claude's daughters, a sizeable operation!

The Baron sisters' leitmotiv: to respect Man and the Environment.
Champagne Baron Albert believes in preserving its heritage in order to leave a healthy land for future generations. For many years now, the family has been practising sustainable viticulture.
Two labels have been awarded to Champagne Baron Albert: the Viticulture Durable en Champagne certification and "HVE" High Environmental Value. They attest that the House's practices are geared towards the preservation of the soil, water, air and biodiversity.
These environmentally friendly practices are applied to the entire Baron Albert vineyard, i.e. 55 hectares concentrated in 7 villages: Charly-sur-Marne, Pavant, Porteron, Domptin, Azy-sur-Marne, Viliers, Saint Denis, Crouttes-sur-Marne.
The diversity of the House's terroirs requires the adaptation of various cultivation techniques, depending on the grape varieties used (Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier or Pinot Noir), the exposure of the vineyard and its soil, the type of Champagne desired and the climatic conditions.
Through their "sustainable" practices and their "state-of-the-art equipment", the Baron sisters combine respect, autonomy and rigour at each stage of the Champagne making process, guaranteeing a follow-up and control of the product and its quality.
