Ingrédients
  • 8 peaches
  • 2 branches of lavender
  • 5 cl honey
  • Sparkling Abatilles (sparkling water)
  • 1 lemon

Présentation
  • 1Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  • 2In a bowl, mix the lavender with 2.5 cl of honey.
  • 3Spread this mixture on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • 4Wash the peaches and cut them in half, not forgetting to remove the stone.
  • 5Dice the peaches, squeeze the lemon over them and pour in the remaining honey.
  • 6In a serving bowl, arrange the fruit mixture, sprinkle with sparkling Abatilles. To finish, place the caramelised lavender on top of the fruit soup. Enjoy!
