Ingrédients
  • For 4 persons :
  • 4 tablespoons of salted soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 3 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1 piece of beef from 1kg to 1.2kg
Présentation
  • 1Pour all the elements into a shaker and shake it up.
  • 2In a dish, pour the marinade, place your piece of beef.
  • 3Baste your beef with the marinade.
  • 4Cover the dish with cling film and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  • 5Cook the meat on the barbecue for 7-8 minutes per side. DO NOT PRICK THE MEAT!
  • 6Turn it over with a pair of tongs or a spatula, for example.
  • 7Remove the prime rib from the heat and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes. Cut up and serve. Enjoy!
