Peach tart tatin
Ingrédients
  • For 6 persons:
  • 8 yellow peaches preferably
  • 80 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • 1 puff pastry
Présentation
  • 1Carefully peel the peaches, cut them in half and remove the pits.
  • 2Melt the butter and sugar in a pan while stirring.
  • 3Add the peach pieces to the pan and caramelise.
  • 4Place the caramelised peaches in a round cake tin on their domed side and leave to cool.
  • 5Once cooled, roll out your puff pastry over the peaches and tuck the edges of the pastry inside the tin.
  • 6Bake the tart for 30 minutes at 180°C.
  • 7Once out of the oven, wait 10 minutes before turning out your peach tarte tatin. You can serve it with a scoop of vanilla bourbon ice cream for extra indulgence and refreshment. Enjoy!
