Traditional Breton pancakes
Ingrédients
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 50 grams of semi-salted butter
  • 50 cl of milk
  • 10 cl of water
  • 4 big fresh eggs
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Présentation
  • 1Take a salad bowl and a whisk.
  • 2In a bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
  • 3In your salad bowl, add the ingredients: flour, powdered sugar and a pinch of salt.
  • 4Pour in the milk and water gradually, beating the dough with a whisk.
  • 5Add the melted butter and the 4 eggs and whisk again, taking care not to create lumps.
  • 6Let your pancake batter rest for 30 to 45 minutes in a cool place.
  • 7Prepare for cooking with a ladle and a frying pan.
  • 8In your frying pan, pour a knob of butter then a ladle of dough until it fills the entire surface of the pan.
  • 9Cook your pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side, turn them over gently with a spatula. Enjoy!
