WHITE WINE PANCAKES
Ingrédients
  • Ingredients for 10 pancakes :
  • 125 g wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 cl white wine
  • 5 cl oil or butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
Présentation
  • 1In a saucepan, warm the white wine.
  • 2Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
  • 3Break up the whole eggs and mix together.
  • 4Pour the warm white wine little by little over the previous preparation with a whisk until you obtain a very smooth paste. You can add a little warm water to help smooth it out.
  • 5That's it! Your batter is ready, all you have to do is heat up the crepe maker and give life to delicious, hot white wine crepes.
